Refund Policy

30 Day Return Policy – For Digital Products Only

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, you must have actually gone through all the course material and implemented it as instructed. If you have completed and implemented the course and have not seen the expected results, you can request a refund by emailing Chantelle@TurnerGRPLLC.com (please use the email headline "REFUND REQUEST" and be sure to include your full name and login email address so we can verify you have completed the course material.

Refunds on Coaching Services

There is the strict NO REFUND policy on any group or 1-1 coaching. If your coaching program is paid on a monthly basis, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your next billing cycle by emailing Chantelle@TurnerGRPLLC.com (please use the email headline "CANCELLATION REQUEST" and be sure to include your full name and login email address so we can verify you. If you fail to cancel within 48 hours of your next billing cycle, we will cancel your account moving forward at the next billing cycle. You will maintain access to the coaching until your payment period has ended.

Please note: Should you chose to cancel any coaching program, you may also forfeit any and all access to digital programs and products that were provided as part of the coaching program. This is at the sole discretion of Turner Group LLC.
