30 Day Return Policy – For Digital Products Only

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, you must have actually gone through all the course material and implemented it as instructed. If you have completed and implemented the course, PDF, or other downloadable materials, and have not seen the expected results, you can request a refund by emailing Chantelle@TurnerGRPLLC.com (please use the email headline "REFUND REQUEST" and be sure to include your full name and login email address so we can verify you have completed the course material.

Once the refund is completed, you will no longer have access to any of the refunded content and you are no longer eligible for any bonus offers or content related to the refunded product.

Refunds will not be issued if you did not make the time to go through the purchased material or complete intake forms if they are part of the purchased product. Turner Group LLC cannot be responsible or held liable for your change in circumstances either in time or funds. By choosing to make a purchase from Turner Group LLC, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this refund policy, and that you are making this purchase with the full knowledge that you are solely responsible for completing and implementing the material.

Please note that any refund request made beyond 30 days of purchase, cannot be accepted.

Refunds on Coaching Services

There is the strict NO REFUND policy on any group or 1-1 coaching. If your coaching program or membership is paid on a monthly basis, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your next billing cycle by emailing Chantelle@TurnerGRPLLC.com (please use the email headline "CANCELLATION REQUEST" and be sure to include your full name and login email address so we can verify you. If you fail to cancel within 48 hours of your next billing cycle, we will cancel your account moving forward at the next billing cycle. You will maintain access to the coaching or membership until your payment period has ended.

Please note: Should you chose to cancel any coaching program, you may also forfeit any and all access to digital programs and products that were provided as part of the coaching program, including bonuses offered. This is at the sole discretion of Turner Group LLC.
